Hi Everyone
I am having trouble searching using a check box set up.
I have two values for the check box - achieved and awarded. I need to find a way of only finding the ones that have achieved filled in and awarded empty.
I also need to run another search prior to this as i need to separate out beavers, cubs and scout records prior to this search. so i need a solution that uses the 'specify find requests' box from the scripting section

thanks
Sarah

The data in your checkboxfield, when both values are checked will be:
achieved¶
awarded

When you do a search for 'achieved', you wil also get the records with awarded.

To find the fields with only 'achieved', use the '=' sign in your search string, which is the sign for 'exeact match.

Hi Jean
when i put =Achieved it still find the ones that have been awarded as well as achieved.
i only want the ones that have been achieved but NOT awarded

sorry to be a pest

Hi Sarah,

Try '==' and see if the 'field content match' does the job.
