Hi,

I have a table of 2000 records and i have a yes/no box for each of them.

I want to check all of the boxes as Yes but don't want to go through them all.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I want to check all of the boxes as Yes
Use an update query (SQL code):
UPDATE yourTable SET yourField=True

Hope This Helps, PH.
