I have an Octel 250 with 8 ACD agents. I have pulled up all the agents in my PBX but I want to look at the agents in the Octel. My CDR records keep showing one of my internal extensions as dialing voicemail and I'm thinking one of the agents in the Octel is incorrectly programmed as this internal extension. What screen can I go into in the Octel to see the agents? Thank you in advance for your help.
