check agent IDs in Octel 250

I have an Octel 250 with 8 ACD agents. I have pulled up all the agents in my PBX but I want to look at the agents in the Octel. My CDR records keep showing one of my internal extensions as dialing voicemail and I'm thinking one of the agents in the Octel is incorrectly programmed as this internal extension. What screen can I go into in the Octel to see the agents? Thank you in advance for your help.

You can look at menu 4.1 for Port Assignments. You may not find the numbers there if you are using the FLT-N with the Basic ACD since that field is blank.

That must be what they have because I didn't see anything. On a related note, I need to change something on each of the ACD agents in my PBX and I learned the hard way that when I do that it logs off the agent ports on the Octel. My vendor logged them in for me last time I did this but now I need to be able to log them back in myself. Can you explain to me how to log agents back in on the Octel side? Thank you.

In menu 4 on port assigments change the I to a 0 and update the screen the change it back to a y and it will force it to log in

When I got to menu 4 I get two choices:
1. configure ports
2. display port capacity information
which am I supposed to choose? Thank you.

go to q to configure ports and you will see the I for incoming and put a o in just the I and update the screen. Then go back to the same screen and change just the I to Y and it should log it back it.

okay, except I have no "q" prompt so I must not be explaining myself clearly. When I press 1 I then get this menu:
1 - Ports 1A-3H

2 - Ports 4A-6H

3 - Ports 7A-9H
is this where I'm supposed to be?

yes go to 1 for port cards 1 to 3 and so on
