charts in microsoft access

Hello,

Can anyone please let me know how i can email my report with a chart in it. When i try to save it the only formats are html and excel...and when I try this my chart is omitted.

This is an Access problem. The best thing to do is to find a PDF printer driver - Software602 is one source - then print the report to a PDF file and e mail that.

Direct E mailing any Access report that cotains graphics just doesn't work, as far as I know.

Try MS Snapshot its free from the Microsoft site. only problem is that the recipient has to have it also (so send it them as well as the export file)

MS Snapshot Viewer is also on the MS Office CD and can be installed from that if you do not want to download it.
