hi, I have created a chart using cr8.5, but when I distribute the report using the compiler the chart does not appear on any of the work stations the I have installed the report on. It will show up on mine however. The data in the details section of the report does show up. the chart is in the report header.

thank you

Check for the required DLLs to be present in the Client machines. Also check whether both of you are having the same versions of CR

Cheers,

Ravi

Check the version you are using. With CRYSTAL REPORTS 9 the dll's are not attached unless you are using the Professional edition.

rgiesen: i'have the same problem but with cr9 and in local machines.
Wallie12: what do you mean "dll's are not attached ":
a) i cant distribute my chart.
b) i have to manually install the appropriate dlls
I have the "advanced" version.
If it´s necessary for me to manually install dlls (to display charts) would you tell me which library(libraries) to install or register in client machine?

TIA
