Chart to display only whole numbers on the grid

Hi, I am trying to fix the basic bar chart to display only whole numbers on the grid. I make sure the Decimal Places setting is 0; but grid labeling does not change. What else to look at? Using Crystal v10.

Are you not yourself?

You should be able to manually set the scale in the scales tab.
