Can a bar chart be constructed to show both the record count value and the representative % value of that count against the total? I'm ruuning v10 against an Informix database and am trying to display a chart showing the number of PO's that were not received by their due date verses the number of PO's that were. But along with the count, the user has requested that the % value of those numbers be displayed also. I was able to do this without a problem in two separate charts, but they would like this to be consolidated into one chart. Thanks in advance.

Yes add another summary into your chart Data tab for the chart and then change the summary to be a percentage of whatever you need.

Thanks,

I've tried that. I inserted a count against the group and change it to show as a percentage but it gives me an error condition when I try to select both the count and the percentage at the same time under the "show values" section.

On my bar chart, I have selected "on change of" two formula fields, priority_type and priority_test. The priority_type separates priority 1 and priority 2&3's. The priority_test is formula to determine whether or not for the given priority the items were received within a prescribed number of days. The chart is simply showing two stacked bars showing for each priority_type the number of records that were and were not received within the time limit. So bar 1 for priority 1 might show 87 as the number received on time, and 24 as the number not received on time. In addition to showing these numbers on this stack I would like to show that the 87 represents 78.4% and that the 24 represents 11.6% of the 111 items for this priority.

It could either be on the same stack or another bar, but I would like it to be on the same graph.
