Chart in IWR does not show correct

Hi all,

I created a nice report with a nice chart at the bottom in Impromptu admin, which looks great, imnsho! But when I run the report on IWR, the chart is not correct, all the bars are levelled. For example, the outcome of a calculation is 5.64 percent, in the chart IWR shows it as if it's 5, wheras imp admin does show 5.64! When run through ImpServer the chart looks good.

I have two jpg pictures to show exactly what's happening. (email me if you want these)Does anyone know anything about this problem? I'm using Cognos 7 MR1..

I have not seen your exact problem, but I have seen problems where the report looks one way in Impromptu admin and a different way in IWR.

In my case Impromptu Admin was on a different server. When IWR renders a report as a .pdf it uses the printer driver set as its default. To ensure that reports created look the same on the server as on the client, they need to be created with the same printer drivers installed on both machines, and used as default.

I feel like I'm in your neighbourhood but in your ballpark with this response, but good luck!
