I want to display a bar in my graph for every record. When I choose the 'For Each Record' option in the chart expert it puts the record number as the group labels. I need to change those labels to a different field. I can't use the 'On Change Of' option because there may be duplicate values in that field. Does anyone know how to change the labels or a better way to do this chart?

thanks in advance.

Can you create a unique field by appending another field to the one you want, and then group on that (or use the on-change of?).

We did explore the option of appending some fields together to make them unique and then use the 'On Change Of' but the users don't like it that way.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Can you append spaces to separate the values, and then not display the full value in the chart?

If the values are stable and not too numerous you could use specified order.
