I have a loop with the below setup. I need to copy the setup on channels 1-8 to 9-16. What is the easiest way to do that or do I have to do it manually? Thanks.

It will be easiest to out all 8 and then rebuild them at 1 time.

LD 20
prt the tnb on one of the channels

then

LD 14
out 8

then
LD 14
new 16
and use the settings from one of the channels you printed earlier.

Print out one of the existing trunks, 26 8, and then in LD 14 enter New 8 and then enter the data from 26 8 except for the RTMB you will need to use the same Route but member number will be 1 number larger than on 26 8. When you press enter it will build all 8 of the trunks for you.
