Is there anyway to change a TN without outing the phone completely? Phones are 3903's & 3904's. Some are ACD phones & some are not. Thank You in advance.

YES YES - YOU ARE CORRECT. Thanks,

you can change any phone at any time. the only time it is more involved is when it is an ACD set, for which you should disable the phone and de-acquire from Symposium or Contact Center? then you make your changes.

moving works too, but it's more for swapping sets......

OK again I have a 3904 ACD Contact Center phone. I know I deacquire it. Then I need to change the TN. Is there anyway to do that besides outing the station and rebuilding it? After I have deacquired the phone, can I use the "mov" command on an ACD phone? Let me know. Thank You,

I use to do it al the time. Your choice. It only takes a minute to out and rebuild.

I have always heard and been advised by just about all tech's and 2nd level support to out acd sets no matter if it's basic acd, MeridanMax or Symposium or Contact Center. The main reason was due to software corruption using the mov command. A corrupt tn can make for a bad day !

Always out and re-built it for ACD set no matter what the ACD use for.
