depending on the rls of your switch, you may need to go to all these sets and nul the keys for the bfs 5 0 0 3

if the switch will not let you change 5 3, do the same ld 11 change on each of these sets, then do the change on 5 3 then build the acd then add the bfs keys back.. newer rls switches let you modifiy a set that is being monitored. older ones did not, that's why we quit using them..
