I am new to project. I have gotten the majority of the major functions down, but I am having some problems with the little things.

How do I change the Font Size or Style of the Timescale. I have a fairly large report, but whenever I set it up to print, the leter M and W for monday and wed. do not show up. T F and S are narrower so show up fine. Is there a way to shrink the font of the timscale?

Another questions, is there a way to remove weekends from the timescale? I just want to display workdays.

Thanks in advance!

Font Size or Style
It's not clear from your question whether you are referring to the onscreen display or a report. If a report, please advise which one. In the meantime try:
Click on View | Reports and select the report you want
Click on the Edit... button
Click on any tab (Definition, Details, or Sort)
Click on the Text... button

Hide weekends:
RightMouseButton on the time scale
Click on Timescale
Click on Nonworking Time tab
Click on Do Not Draw

Thanks for the help.

As for the first question. Im specifically refering to printing out the gantt chart itself, not using any special reports. I need to print out a tracking gantt, and because I had to shrink the width on the timescale to make it all fit on a page without shrinking the entire document, the letters M and W do not show. So, I would like to shrink the font of the headings in the timescale where it shows "M T W T F S S" Hope that clearifies my question.

As for hiding weekends, clicking the do not draw seems only to not shade in the weekends, not remove them from view. Is there a way to completely remove the weekends from view?

Thanks again for your help!

Good catch on the "do not draw". You're right: it simply removes the shading. After some playing, I am defeated. I cannot find a way to remove Saturday, Sunday, etc., (i.e., public holidays) from the Gantt display.

You've probably already tried this:
1. RightMouseButton on the timescale at the top of the right hand display
2. Click on Timescale
3. Change Size to 50%
