Changing the drop down menu in Outlook 2003

Hi there,

I was wondering if when you right clicked on a message in Outlook it would be possible to have another option on the drop down menu which would allow u to reply with something in the subject line????

If you could help one way or the other I would be grateful!

I'm no expert on Outlook, but how do you mean? If I rightclick on a msg and select reply, the subject line is the same as the original msg (though with RE: at the start). Is your's blank?

Hi and ta for getting back. No it's not blank, it's the same as yours. What I'd like when I right click is an extra option which will say 'Reply using Internet-Authorised'. If you choose this option I'd like it to insert Internet-Authorised at the beginning of the subject line followed by RE: etc! Does this make sense???

That makes the question more clear.

I'd guess the thing to look at would be some user defined rules / reply using a template etc? Anything more is beyond me.

There may be some options available under Tool menu \ Rules Wizard. Using these you can have automated responses / email forwarding or copying / saving to folders etc set to run when a message is received.

If that doesn't supply some useful options to you (as it is limited) I am unfortunately out of ideas (I'm not a great user of Outlook).
