Dear All,

We are running win 2000 server, and have bought a 20 user licence for terminal services to allow remote logons. We are using Citrix ICA Client on the remote PC's running win 95/98. We have a 20 user licence of which all have been registered on the server to users. However some of the licences have been registered as test users which we now need to free up these to re-assign them to actual users.

So far we have been unable to release them from admintools/ terminal service licencing screen, and we are unsure how the licences have been assigned to the test users. It appears that once the additional licence was applied to the server, the next 20 remote clients, be they test or actual users, were registered with a licence.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Cheers
