Changing Sub-Attendant 1

Hello all,

I've been working with Mitel for some time now, but I need help finding where you assign/change sub-attendants. This is something that I've never had to do before and for some reason, I can't find the option anywhere. Any light that anyone might be able to shed on this would be greatly appreciated.

The model that I'm working with is an SX-200.

not totally sure what you mean by change sub attendant but here goes, when you select a device type in form 9 you can specify as i.e. ss4150 s/att, shows up as "sub

I can see the set type in form 9, but how do I change it? Sorry for not being clear, I wasn't sure how to phrase the question.

you have to delete the set and then change the device type

Pandabear is right, you can only assign Sub-Att set type during the creation of the phone.

Delete and reprogram.
