Hello Group,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm running Win 98 Plus, and thought I'd change wallpaper the other day. Well, after downloading it, I didn't like it, and changed it back. So then I go to shutdown, and the picture that I tried out on my desktop, is now the splash screen when I boot up or shutdown. I really have to change it back, as this is a shared workdesk, and the picture is a little silly.....not offensive, just silly. I'd appreciate any help with getting the original splash screens back in order.

Thanks Very Much

John

try changing wallpaper again, only first pick none, and hit apply, then choose the one you want.

Thank you for your responses. I've got the problem fixed.
