Changing (re-order) all the buttons on a 6424D + EM

I need to change all the ext. that are on a 6424D and its expansion Mod. the person using the phone would like all the ext.'s, starting at Button # 9 on her phone and continuing on the Exspantion Mod.to be changed so they are in order. see below:

current Station 230

Btn. # 09 200
Btn. # 10 201
Btn. # 11 202
Btn. # 12 203
Btn. # 13 204 . . .

when i use the comannd "Change station 230"

i can not type over the ext. # changing for exp. ext 230 to 203. do i need to first remove all the Ext the re add them?
or maybe copy her set to another port then make my changes there then swap the port #?

any help would be great!!!

These could be abbreviated dials. In which case try...ch abb per 230.
If they are bridged-Apperances you shouldn't have a problem.

I WISH I had ASA, where can i get a copy and will it run on win 2000?
