I have a continous sub-form which displays a number of records and if possible I would like to change the backcolor of a specific record. Is this possible? at the moment when I apply .backcolor it changes the colour of the speficfied field in all records.

thanks! Dan.

Hi

Which version of Access are you using?

Access97 - no

Access2000 and / or AccessXp I belive theer is an option called conditional formating which will allow you to do this.

I'm using 2000 and conditional formatting is exactly what I was looking for. Got it working a treat now.
Thanks Ken!
