The customer no longer has an Avaya maintenance contract. They would like for us to monitor their PBX, but we require a unique Product ID. Currently, their product ID is the default "1000000000". I know this can be changed with the "craft" username with the appropriate password. Unfortunately, the customer does not know what the craft password is. How can the customer reset this password?
