Changing Product ID on Definity G3

The customer no longer has an Avaya maintenance contract. They would like for us to monitor their PBX, but we require a unique Product ID. Currently, their product ID is the default "1000000000". I know this can be changed with the "craft" username with the appropriate password. Unfortunately, the customer does not know what the craft password is. How can the customer reset this password?

Same deal with an Intuity...how can the craft password be reset? Thank you!!!
 
Try Change system-parameters maintenance
That is were the id and the OSS (outcalling) number are set
 
Yeah, we know how to change the product ID, but the field cannot be changed without the craft password.

What version of software are they running .depending on software level is whether avaya have to reset the craft password

Versios 6 or below, you can login as dadmin or craft (if you know the password) and change the Product Id. Versions above 6, you have to have Avaya INADS or one of their business partners to change it with a special secret login.
