changing printer details from one server to another

Just a quick question, we have recently migrated all the office printers onto a new file and print server, What is the best way to change everyone’s printer settings to show the new server without them losing their default printer setup?

Sorry, been a bit since I logged back on. Yes, the printer currently defaulted will remain as default after the change.

How did this work for you guys? I have run this locally on my desktop without an issue.

I have two print servers with 500 printers on them and I am consolidating to one print server.

I would like to either use this tool or something like it to change the print server people are using...because the name of the server is changing...

Did you guys do this via a logon script in active directory?

This worked great for me. I did about 900 users. I added a call to the bat file from our normal vbs login script in AD.
