A customer has a German and a UK SIP number. Is it possible to choose which number is shown as their presentation number depending on where they are calling. For example if they dial a German number it presents a German number on the end users phone or if they call you it displays the UK number?

Thanks in advance,

Thanks for all the responses above. Unfortunately this is not going to be possible to do as our sip provider, daisy wholesale only have a breakout in the uk and do not have any international breakouts. This means that if we use a German sip number it will show +44 on the recipients phone. Does anyone know of a sip provider that can present a German number when dialling out, without the +44 showing?

Thanks in advance,

Every provider can if they let you, showing +44 when dialing out is because you programmed it wrong.

Add a SC in the ARS and try a code like; 0049N; / NS0049<the rest of the number>

There are SIP Providers who allow to send anything you want, even "Hey it is me again".
Ask before signing a contract.
I work in Belgium and know a few providers here were you can have a SIP line in Belgium with a Belgium, Dutch and a German number all on the same SIP trunk.
When dialling out you can select which number to send, one of the Belgium DDI numbers, the Dutch or the German number.
And indeed, itt works in ARS with the S<CLI> option but that depends of the config of the URI as Bas wrote.

I am pretty certain that Daisy Sip will not normally let you send any CLI except those that are valid on the circuit.

They may be able to remove that restriction if requested

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

I once send 112 to a colleague :)
I told him that i was an officer and he needed to report himself at the police station :)
I also once send his own mobile number when i called him on his mobile phone.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
