Changing Phone Extension

I have a phone extension "247" I need to change this extension to another number . Where in programming is this???

Well that depends on the software you have. But look under system programing.

It was the Dn number , I have been trained to add s and get dns that has anything to do with DN. Perhaps this stands for directory number? But it worked from system prg... thanks for the advice.
