Changing Perspective

How does one change the perspective on the copy/paste segment (highlighted in red outline on attachment) to conform with the rest of the photo? Goal is to get it in alignment with the larger view in order to crop for a smaller "improved" view.

You might limit your focus to manipulating one plane at a time.
 
Thank you for the response. Umm ... how does one "manipulate one plane at a time" ..?
 
Your selection has two planes intersecting at a 90 degree angle. Select only one plane at a time.
