Changing PBX Name

Hi there. I have an Option 61c, and I'm using the M390x series phones. Our business name appears on the phone displays. I was just asked if we could change that name to something more descriptive. So my questions:

1) What LD changes the display name?
2) Does that LD affect our outbound caller ID?
3) If no to number 2, what LD changes our outbound caller ID?

Hi, you change the display in LD17 parm and the gate opener IDLE_SET_DISPLAY. No it does not affect outbound caller ID. If understand correctly only your telco can change the name associated with your caller ID.

You will also need to make the change using the top level PWD2 password.
