Hello,

We have a receptionist who has a switchboard in front of her and I need to make changes to it for her. I can't seem to find the command code to configure the switchboard in the manual. Can anyone here point me in the right direction?

thanks,

Skylar

That would be a 2000 IVS/IVS2/IPS. Use CMD 9000, the section on DESKCON SN716 console.

Matworx can be used on a couple of models, what does it say on the box on the wall/in the rack? Also can you give us a model number from the bottom of the console and more information on the number you want to change, is it the listed number? Reason for asking is that the LDN is set in CMD 5001.

@belvedere @OzzieGeorge thanks for your help guys! I figured out which command code I needed to change the numbers. Now I have another question, how can I see a list or something with the dss console numbers? I know the first one is 01 and the second console is 08 but she has 4 of them. Is there an easy way to do this?

You can use Matworx to list up commands (check along the tool bar at the top), listing 96 will tell you what consoles are assigned to which extensions and command 97 will then tell you what is on the keys of each DSS console.

Alternately, you can use MOC mode and enter the command number then DE then the start console number DE then just keep hitting enter to step through the entries on the screen. Likewise for the keys.
