Changing number of Rings

I have an extensions that's ringing on 4 different phones. I can not change the number of rings before going into the voicmail- can anyone help? It rings twice and goes into the voicmail- I thought I change it to 4 but it still rings only twice before VM

In set programing under capibilities forward no answer.Check each set.

Each one of the phones has its own ext- the ext I have problem with is added via Answer DNs

well if after two rings its go to VM u should check first RCO parmameter the rco 0 is 4 rings check the rco in the digital set or in the 500 set.

I don't think there are RCO's on a Norstar.

sound like the problem ext is the answer dn ext check out the fwd no ans on that, and while your at it check the fwd no ans on every ext that the answer dn is appearing on.
