Changing NI1 to NI2 on MICS 1

Seems the site has issue getting CLID so the carrier said to change NI1 to NI2.
I have never had to do this myself.

-Will there be any other programming wiped out besides the outbound routes?
-What type of service interruption for inbound if any would there be?

Edit: now I am being told it might be at DMS100 so same questions would still be asked.
