What is the programming command to change the NCOS? Also, what load do you need to be in?

Phoneset. I have someone that is a class 2 that I need to be a class 4 so they can make calls outside the local area.

Thanks. That did it. When I PRT the TN it shows the class has changed. Although the actual phone still cannot dial out. Will it take a while to actually start working or do I need to do something else?

It should work immediatly, check the CLS for CTD - first prompt. If you want to test for TARG/TGAR, temp chg TGAR to 0 and dial. Look at the FRL on the RLI and make sure NCOS is same or more.

Ok, you lost me on the last reply. I'm really new to this so all that didn't make sense to me.
