Changing Name 1

I have an Exchange 2000 user that has gotten married and I need to change her account to her new last nam.

I don't care about the username, I just need to change the name that is displayed to other Exchange users.

Just right click on her name in Active Directory, choose properties, and make the changes in the General tab. You can also add another email reflecting her new name.

I've done that, but it still displays the old name.

Is what I want to change. That's what shows up as the "sender" in other users' Exchange.

I had to do the same thing last week. You can right-click on the name and choose rename. It will then bring up a rename dialog box and will change the Full Name. You will then need to change the display name listed below that.
