Our NAM HD has not been booting up, and I cannot access the VM system. Randomly, it's running right now, and I need to know what information I need when changing a HD...like the internal serial number...?

While it's running I would like to know what I should find out, and how to get to those features...thanks a ton!

How do you backup the access codes?

If it's through the admin login...I don't know that password...

Go to F915/Admin
Go to F915/Admin/Backup&Restore, this will backup any key codes. 1 diskette required
Got to F983/login/ and press 44, this will backup everything else but messages.
1-16 disks depending on how many mailboxes and CCR setup, 16 if 300 or so mailboxes and simple CCR.

Best bet is to image the HD while you can then replace it and test.

Ok, I don't know the password for F915, and can I image the HD by hooking it up to a pc?

NVM the last post, but do you need a special floppy? It keeps telling me to "Check Floppy

Is is possible to image the HD, and put that image onto another HD that I get off ebay...or do these need a specific HD to operate?
