Hi Folks,
Well I've been an old die hard NT 4.0 fan and we are just moving into the Windows 2000 realm. Actually we've been here a while I've just not had to do any "Maintenance". So we are finally getting DSL for our network and we have to change IP's from our ISP. Once the new gateway is up how do I tell all the clients what the new gateway is? We are using DHCP and I cannot locate where I would change the address. Or do I just configure the new gateway to have the same IP address as the old gateway and just assign the external IP to whatever the ISP gives me. It will be static.
Last but not least....I need books to learn Windows 2000 Server. Anybody have any recommendations?
Thanks in advance.
