How would you change a macro into VB code? Can it be done?
If so please advise!?

Go to the database window and highlight the macro you want to change.

Then click Tools, Macros, Convert Macros to Visual Basic

In both Access 2000 & 97, there is an option under the Tools menu - Macro - Convert Macros to Visual Basic.
This will allow for faster running and also for better error handling.
I am not aware of any easy way to do this in Access 95 or any version previous (I try to avoid using them whenever possible). :)
