How do you change the length from 4 digits to 7 digits? I think this will help me out with my problem. But I am not sure where you change it. Yes, i do have the DNXP in this software.
Thanks in advance!

If you say the DNXP package is available then if it doesn't conflict with any other DN then 'Change' in CustomerDataBlock 'LD 15' under gate opener 'ATT'

Cheers!!

Sorry if your referring to a COT ATDN, then you should be able to change that in LD 16 on that TrunkMember/TN

Cheers!!

cot, each trunk has an atdn IF auto=yes on your rdb.. remember if your mail has a zero out to the atdn, change it in mail as well
