I have an Aura 7 system. My data network was recently updated and I was given all new IP's for the Avaya. Would anyone have some steps to re-IP the switch or point me to the Avaya manual for it? I'm being told that this is a near impossible task unless you're deeply verse in the Aura platform. Thanks

It's not near impossible... but it's definitely a lot of steps and often times easier to just restage and restore the databases (depending on the product and comfort levels etc). There are many components - Aura 7 is like "Office 2013". You may have some components (CM, AAM) or you may have tons (CM, AADS, ASM, SMGR, AAM, OL, ASBCE etc), so you'll need to check on each product.

You will also need to update all the references within the products to each other - CM will need to know the new AES IP and vice versa.
