Changing IP address on a Conversant

My IP address are changing does anyone know how to go about changing the address numbers on a Conversant?

I saw that one for my CMS system but I am talking about the Conversant. Does it get changed the same way.

I should have more coffee before I attempt to answer posts.....

When we changed our IP's, Avaya handled everything, including the Conversant. Unfortuntely, I don't remember the file names. Hopefully, someone else can provide you with more information.

Conversant V7 : go to cvis_menu then unix management, then go to IP address and changee the IP...REBOOT the m/c after tht

Conversant V8: at the root prompt type niccfg then go to protocols and change ur IP there n REBOOT the m/c
