Changing intercom number on M7310

Hi all, sorry im not very familiar with the system we have here... We have about 20 phones, 8 lines out all on this Nortel system(with flash). I dont know what happen but the system crash and seems to have reste to an older state.. so all the phone change intercom number!!!! I was able with the allow move Y/N to replace half of them, but some number do not exist anymore.... all the mail boxes are working ok, so people can get to there messages with fct 981 like if they were getting there messages from another phone.

My big question.. how do i change an intercom number on all the phones that are not ok???
An example... Pascale has had this phone for many years now... intercom number 248 et voice box number 248 also.... now her intercom number is 235!!!! and the vox box is still 248... How do i change the 2335 to the old 248 that does not exist anymore in the system??? (iv scan all the number and some are missing)

2nd question... now when we have an outside call on any line all the phones are ringing????

Under config 266344 press next till system programming /show /next till DN change/ show. Enter old to new dn.

Now for my second question... why are the incoming calle makes all the phone ring?
 
If your system defaulted, then all of the phones will have lines 1&2 appear and ring on them. You will need to go into programming same as above and under "terminals & sets", show "lines" and remove the lines from each phone. If all of your phones are the same in the way the buttons appear and are programmed you could fix one phone so it is programmed the way you want and then do a set copy to all the others. Good Luck!
 
Thanks but i think i got it... not all our phone have all the same line... but in each terminials i put the line to represent only and not repre+ring.

Im waiting to see if it ill work...

but it prompt another question... how come people who call from outside are sometimes :
- in the flash system listening to our messages that point them to push 1,2,3 or 4
- or sometime they end up straight in a random voice box????
 
It was probably due to the lines that were appering and ringing on ext's. It should clear now that you have removed the ringing from the sets. The only other thing you can do is check under the lines setting of the AA in the Flash to make sure that it is answering all of your lines as it should.

But not sur where to find your AA thing???
