Changing info on multiple documents

I need to put out a web page that can change paragraphs on multiple documents (the documents have the similiar paragraphs) and email people with the changes to the paragraphs.

Should I do this in Cold Fusion and use a database to complete this??? If so how would I go about doing this project. Any suggestions or anyone ever do this before??

Store the paragraphs and email addresses in a database. Create a form to update the paragraphs whenever needed
and automatically send out an email to the recipents after you update the information.

If I had a document with many paragraphs would each paragraph be a field in the database?? Also could I add the same sentences and paragraphs in multiple documents if it was set in a database?? If so how would I do all this?

If I had a document with many paragraphs would each paragraph have its own field in the database?? I have done simple adds, deletes and queries using Cold Fusion on an Access database but only use one word strings and numbers. HOw would I do this with big paragraphs and long sentences??

Yes. Store each paragraph in a seperate field, memo field if your using MS Access. If you want to display the same paragraph in multiple documents just reuse the same code in each document.

How would I then copy the data changes from Access back to the Word Document??

Oh, I didn't know you wanted to update word documents. When you said multiple documents I understood it as being webpages.

Sorry for the misunderstaning. There are 15 MS Word documents that are linked to a web page.
