Changing hotspots dynamically?

Is it possible to change hotspots on the fly?

In a web page for a photographer I have a list of five small photos with underlying hotspots. When you click on one of the photos you will see it enlarged in another place on the page. In this way you can see all of the five pictures.

I want to use a roll-over to change the list of five photos to five new ones. I can do this but the hotspots point to the old pictures.

Is there any possibility to swap or update the hotspots together with the roll-over?
