Changing from T-1 to PRI steps

Customer currently has MICS 6.1 with T-1 and is changing to PRI. Digits received and line built staying the same. Can anyone confirm that this would be what I will have to do? : enter PRI enabler keycode (24 digits), disable card, change from T-1 to PRI and re-enable. Am I missing any steps? Cutover is on Monday, 3-3.

There is a little more than that, but it's a good start.

Your service provider should already have told you about a bunch of settings it requires: protocol, sequence and framing, for instance. You will need to put the correct values under Hardware > Cards on KSU > [Cartridge].

Also, on a PRI, outgoing calls are made using the Routing Service. If you are already using the Routing Service to make outgoing calls, you will most likely need to change the line pool to PRI-A. If you are not using the Routing Service at all, you will need to set one up.

And before going any further, you should definitely check the software version you are running. There are known issues for PRI with MICS 6.1. These issues were solved in MICS 6.1 MR. So, if you are currently running MICS 6.1 (not MR), you should plan an upgrade to a later release first.
 
A few more things I just thought of...

You may want to review the dialing plan to make sure it is accurate. PRI relies on the dialing plan for en-bloc dialling:

Also, if you plan to send your own names and numbers for Caller ID, you will need to make sure the Business Name, the Set names and the OLI numbers are provided:

[li]Terminals & Sets > [DN] > Name[/li]
[li]Terminals & Sets > [DN] > Line Access > OLI #[/li]
[/ul]

Finally, if your service provider supports it, you can see the name and the number of the party you are calling on the display. This feature must be enabled on the sets:

[li]Terminals & Sets > [DN] > Telco Features > Called ID[/li]
[/ul]
