Changing from Enterprise to Advanced Version

Is there a way to downgrade a server from Enterprise version to advanced version. We have a mix of licenses and some locations that were given enterprise version, do not need that version. They are well under 16 gig. Some that received advanced version will need enterprise version in the near future. Installing Enterprise on exchange systems with Advanc4ed version will upgrade the server to Enterprise. Well installing advanced on an a server with Enterprise version change it to Advanced version. Or is there some other way to do this.

You have to re-install Exchange in order to go back.

Thanks. We have a new server with entrpise installed and no mailboxes on it, that I can test with.
