changing fonts read and compose

I have changed the fonts to a larger type for reading email However it does not take effect.
I also changed the font in the compose area. there you can see the change of what the font is but when I compose email I am not getting the changed font. It still is the small original font. any ideas?

I share your pain. No matter what changes I make, I cannot get the font to stick. Just goes back to some default. Hope someone has solved this one. Using OE6 with WIN XP.

Well, This is a new PC with XP and IE6 an all updates.
This question is either a bonehead one, or no one has a clue as of yet. Glad you read it though.

I am having the same issue getting the font default changes I make to stick. Runing OE6 on WinXP Home. wonder if the next SP will solve problem?
