I have inherited a Definity G3 when my company took over an existing facility. I am VERY new to Lucent/ATT equipment. It has a bunch of DID's with a main DID as the main number that I guess is actually a hunt group extension. They are using a skeleton crew in this facility so things have moved around as well as the ones that actually answer the phone. Now, to my question. How do I change the extensions that are being used in the hunt group for incoming calls? Any help will be appreciated.
