Changing extensions going to Audix

I would simply like to change the extensions of the analog lines going to from my switch to Audix, which are compiled in a hunt group, and ring when a call goes to voice mail coverage or when someone wants to listen to a voice mail.
I only want to change the extensions of these lines but when I do via the change extension-station command, these lines lose their function. Anything I am missing? Something to config in Audix?

You do have to go into Audix and change the extensions on the lines as well. Since CM and Audix are linked on a processor channel they both need to be in agreement on the channel extensions.

Didn't find anything in terminal or web management.

from the web based main menu
-Voice System Administration
--Voice Equipment Administration
---PBX Extensions to Channels

If Definity Audix
login the SAT
enter-- Change Voice-group

If Intuity Audix
You do need to stop the voice system to change this
-Voice System Administration
--Voice equipment
---Actions
----Assign/Change
-----PBX Extension to Channel
