New to Corel Draw. How would one change colors of nodes, control points, sizing handles etc. within a selection box. Certainly black can't be the only option.

To change the color you must click once on the Black box or what ever you have created, then once that is done, just look over to the Right where you have all your colors and click on any color you want to change to, that should do it.

To change the Node just click on the Item once, then right click, you should see CONVERT TO CURVES, then Use the Node tool and click on the node and drag it to whatever position you want it to be.

Thanks, grafixs, but its not the drawn object's color I wish to change but the elements that depict that the object is selected. Like in illustrator each separate layer's selection elements are of a different color so that when selected you know what layer you're in and what objects belong to which layer. Very useful feature and was hoping Corel Draw offered it.

Open the object manager docker under window tab - dockers. You can then add layers and by right clicking a layer - properties change colour of layer. Assuming I've understood the question correctly.
