How do I change the document properties to duplex for my default printer?

Swi

Should have added this. I am trying to print from word and the only way I have gotton the word doc to print duplex was to change the document properties on the printer manually. I have tried printer.duplex and it has not effect.

I found this in help:
"Note - The effect of the properties of the Printer object depends on the driver supplied by the printer manufacturer. Some property settings may have no effect, or several different property settings may all have the same effect."

You could set the printer defaults to duplex in Windows, but then everything would print in duplex unless you set it in the common dailog box. Not sure if that's what you want or not.

After posting I did a little research. This API will tell you if your print driver supports duplex or not. Give it a try. Maybe that's your problem. I've had the same problem before. We just got downloaded the latest driver for that printer. :)
