I have a form which has a list of numerous values, like a shopping list. Each has a Numerical field of items to get. For example:

Sugar 0
Ceral 2
Juice 1

I want it to show up on the report like so: "Ceral, Ceral, Juice" and not to display Null values. In a box that just keeps putting the text in seperated by commas. I know this can be done in excel (I don't know how, but i've seen it), does anyone know how to do it in access? Thanx!!!

try creating a query and have the form pull from that query. in that query have item and quantity. then in the criteria field for the quantity, put >0.
