Changing Digit for Outside Line on NEC SL1100 2

Can anyone point me to where I can adjust the digit dialed to get an outside line? Right now it is set to 9 and we're having issues with people dialing "911" by accident and I would like to change it to 8.

should be program 11-09 trunk access code

Dial 8 for trunk group 8;
11-01 8 =1, individual trunk
11-09-02 alternate trunk access = 8
14-05 place trunks in route 2
14-06 route table 2 to route 2
21-15 place extensions in route table 2
Dial 8 to get out.
