Hello,

My dialplan currently has 9 set as an extension, length 4 digits. I need to break it out so that:
90, 4 digits, extension
91-96 as above.
97 4 digits aar.

It won't take as the message is that "A single digit entry is already on screen with the same first digit."

So when I try to delete the 9 I get a message something to effect that I will have to remove all objects with a 9 first digit.

Is there any way to break out the dial plan without removing every extension and starting over on the dial plan?

Thanks

Do you have an aar access code?

If so then you would just put the 97xx in aar analysis, unless you are looking for a way to not dial the aar access code. Then you will need to create Uniform-dialplan extensions in the 97xx and there reference aar in the net field. I don't think you need to change your dialplan analysis, just leave 9xxx as extensions and put the 97xx ones in Uniform-Dialplan.

Thanks for the reply.

No aar access code.

I did the UDP change and that worked. Thanks again.
